Terms and Conditions of Collect and Delivery Service

1.

Products which are entitled for on-site services are not available for the collection and delivery service.

2.

Online warranty registration acknowledgement slip must be enclosed with the purchase receipt when sending equipment to Brother for the warranty repair.

3.

A service charge fee will be imposed if / should customer do not wish to repair the equipment after sending in for checking/quotation.

4.

We reserve the right not to proceed with any repair services in the event our assessment reveals that the equipment is no longer serviceable due to mishandling, repair by non-Brother authorized personnel and/or other factors within the exclusions under our warranty terms and conditions. In such event, the assessment fee will be charged accordingly.

5.

Any replaced parts/faulty parts will become the property of Brother international Singapore Pte Ltd.

6.

Brother International Singapore Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for equipment loss/damage in the premise in the event when machine is not collected after being informed

7.

We will not be responsible for the compatibility of the equipment with any other products such as software and peripherals.

8.

Payment for services is by PayPal or Bank Transfer and must be made upon or before collection of Equipment.

The service is only available within Singapore mainland.
The collect & delivery fee is based on per trip / item.
The collect & delivery service fee does not include service of equipment.
Payment through PayPal or Bank Transfer is required upon or before when product is returned.
