1) Warranty card must be produced together with proof of purchase (e.g. sales invoice, receipts and etc) when participant turn up for the training on the actual day.
2) Incomplete applications via the website or failure to produce respective documentation for verification before the training session will not be entertained.
3) This training is only valid for customers whom have purchased our Brother machines within 6 months period from the date of training session.
4) All information provided by participants shall be treated with highest confidentiality.
5) All registrations to the training will be closed 3 days prior to commencement date of the training session.
6) All training materials and training media will be in English only.
7) Equivalent or model with higher specifications may be used for the training.
