  • Operation Associate (Parts and Devices)

    Job Summary:

    Reporting to the Solution Business Division Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our spare parts inventory management. We are looking for a meticulous team player with a good attitude who always work towards operations efficiency.

    As an Associate, You Will
    Fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:

    • Conduct and coordinate operation from inquiry and order to shipment process throughout sales force SOP, 3rd party warehouse management system and internal SAP system.
    • Coordinate with internal shipping operations team and external parties/customers to resolve any shipping issues.
    • Coordinate with 3PL, forwarders and banks to ensure smooth shipments are executed to meet customer requirement.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders for spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Participate in half yearly & yearly stock take of spare parts inventory
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to spare parts inquiries and orders.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
    • Perform sales and administration support.
    • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

    We’d Love to Hear from People With

    • Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
    • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
    • Have experience in handling devices or components or spare parts
    • Have knowledge about incoterm and payment term.
    • Letter of Credit knowledge is advantageous.
    • Do not hesitate to tackle for mass information and transaction
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
    • A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and changing priorities.
    • A team player who possesses an analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
  • Product Marketing Senior Executive

    As an, Regional Product Marketing Senior Executive, you will
    Fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:

    • Managing Brother products & solutions for B2C and B2B segment
    • Develop, implement, and review regional marketing plans to drive product awareness, market penetration, and sales growth to achieve business objectives
    • Co-ordinate with stakeholders to ensure all required information are available including marketing collaterals, training materials, sales tool and conduct product training to the sales offices before product launch
    • Keep track of the progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure that stakeholders are informed
    • Collaborate with each countries’ corporate sales team to develop B2B sales strategies, introduce contractual business offering plans such as MPS plans to increase market share in the region.
    • Create and deploy a communication plan to create awareness and confidence in Brother solutions and improve revenue.
    • Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify gaps and opportunities to drive market share expansion.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns data to evaluate the effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    • Minimum bachelor's degree with experience in product marketing.
    • Relevant experience in printer or copier industry is preferred.
    • Experienced in B2B business with MPS and/or DMS solutions knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across seniorities and functions.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
    • Good eye for numbers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
