Reporting to the Solution Business division Senior Manager, we are looking for a meticulous team player with a good attitude who always work towards operations efficiency.
As an Assistant Operations Manager (Parts and Devices), You Will
Fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce site operation in view of front-end and back-end engagement with third party and one internal staff.
- Understand comprehensive operations, identify issue with action plan and lead actual execution with RPA and VBA
- Manage 3PL to execute proper operations
- Provide effective advice to ensure smooth operations
- Management of customers , partners and internal staff if there are any escalation to senior level.
We’d Love to Hear from People With
- Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
- 7-10 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in handling e-commerce site
- Start up project leader experience
- Experience in handling devices or components or spare parts business
- Advance excel knowledge in VBA , Power Query etc..
- Experience on RPA
- Knowledge about incoterm and payment term.
- Ability handle mass information and transaction
- Ability to be a team player who possess an analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
