Digital Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager
Website Management
- Work with Japan HQ to plan, execute new enhancements and maintenance for regional website.
- Generate data driven insights using GA for customer journey and plan
- Undertake SEO initiatives together with team members to improve google ranking for selected keywords and
- Work with agency to analyze maintenance & system bottlenecks and propose improvements for system requirement or automation of workflows to Japan HQ to reduce the maintenance workload and improve page speed.
Loyalty marketing
- Work with regional sales offices to build on loyalty programs using data, business insights, system capability and customer feedback to drive more traffic, sales conversion, early engagement and stronger/longer affinity
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, co-develop and optimise Loyalty and Marketing system as well as engagement (targeting & retargeting) journeys.
Media planning
- Work collaboratively with the regional sales offices to ensure their digital marketing plans are developed with a keen understanding of media and audience performance and insights. Review of post campaign results, analyse the effect the digital plans have on onsite metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates etc), and work with them to make adjustments and improve for future campaigns

Skills

Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
- Conduct user requirements gathering, analyse business requirement for development / implementation of new systems and of enhancements to existing systems
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to address business requests
- Plan and conduct/coordinate System Integration Test and user acceptance test.
- Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
- Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patching and upgrades

Job Requirement

As an Associate, You Will
Fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:- Preparation of full set of export and L/C related documents which include application of C/O with Chamber of Commerce, insurance, inspection, etc.
- Checking of L/C terms and conditions and to advise the required amendments.
- Coordinate with 3PL, forwarders and banks to ensure smooth shipments are executed to meet customer requirement.
- Order fulfillment by using SAP, Salesforce
- Coordinate with internal shipping operations team and external parties/customers to resolve any shipping issues.

As an, Regional Product Marketing Senior Executive, you will
Fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review regional marketing plans to drive product awareness, market penetration, and sales growth to achieve business objectives.
- Provide marketing support to sales offices within the region.
- Collaborate with each countries’ corporate sales team to develop B2B sales strategies, introduce contractual business offering plans such as MPS plans to increase market share in the region.
- Prepare required contents and provide product training as well as sales tool for the sales offices.
- Create and deploy a communication plan to create awareness and confidence in Brother solutions and improve revenue.
- Regularly conduct webinar/seminar on product applications and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market and sales data to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

As a Corporate Business Development Executive, You Will
Fulfill, but not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and meeting
- Presentation and product demonstration to resellers and customers when required.
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential System Integrators - SIs
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- To enquire new & grow existing SIs to increase corporate sales.
- Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Advising & create partner incentive and discussing special promotions or programs
- Reviewing with superior on sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations

KPI – Corporate Business Development Executive
1. 60% of job scope will be corporate sales in the below
- To look for new non-box sales deals – TMP or Click charge (1 case per month)
- Enquiring for new potential customers for printer sales, sales call e.g. cold call to corporate customers (10 new potential customers per month)
2. 40% of job scope will be business development in the below
- Maintain & grow existing current System Integrators.
- To build strong relationship within the System Integrators – Business Unit (Government & Corporate)
- To create incentive & SPIFF program to System Integrators. (1 program per quarter).
As a Corporate Business Development Executive, You Will
- More than 2 years of experience in corporate sales and in handling/managing system integrators.
- Preferably some background in IT hardware sales.
- Good interpersonal & analytical skills, honest and a team player.
- Aggressive, result-oriented and a good track record of meeting sales target and objectives.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resourceful with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of printers/printing solutions and corporate account management is preferred
