Our Customer Service Centre operating hours are from Mondays - Fridays (9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.) and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

How to get to our office

Below are directions to our offices at Singapore Post Office via MRT, Bus and Car. 

If you are taking the MRT: 

• Take the East West Line (Green Line) or Circle Line (Yellow Line). 
• Alight at Paya Lebar (EW8 /CC9) terminal. 
• Look out for Exit A from station.
• Make a right turn at Exit A.
• Look out for Singapore Post Building and walk towards it
• Enter from Main Entrance of Singpost Centre. Please use the Center Lobby lift
• Brother Customer Service Centre is located on Level 09-05

 If you are taking the BUS: 

If you are driving to SingPost Centre

You may enter from Eunos Road 5 (East Entrance) or Eunos Avenue 3 (West Entrance). 

The hourly car and motorcycle parking charges for SingPost Centre car park are as follows:

Monday - Friday	6 a.m. to 6 p.m.: $1.62 for first hour $0.86 or subsequent half hour or part thereof 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.: $2.70 per entry
Motorcycle	$1.38 per entry all day
