EXTRA STRONG ADHESIVE TAPES FOR
USE ON ROUGH AND SMOOTH SURFACES

Independent laboratory tests showed that Brother’s Strong adhesive (TZe-S series) tapes adhered three times better on the average on rough surfaces than standard Brother’s TZe tapes. Ideal for electricians and network infrastructure installers who require long-lasting labels.

Use extra strong adhesive tape on smooth or rough surfaces such as:

Distribution boards
Nwtwork switch

Network cabinets
and patch panels
P-Touch Electrical Apps 2019_105

Sockets and switch boxes

TAPES FOR CABLE MARKING

Brother recognises the importance of correct and reliable cable and wire identification. That is why we developed four different types of tapes for cable marking.

Electrician App Heat Shrink Tube

Flexible ID Tape (TZe-FX series)

Developed for electricians, network infrastructure, panel builders, and other industries that require a reliable identification solution, Flexible ID tape can be used to mark cylindrical-shaped items, whereas other standard tapes may peel over time.

  • For wrapping around cables with a diameter of 3mm or more.
  • Use as a flag label around cables with a diameter of 3mm or more.
TZeSL Self Lam

Self-Laminating Tape (TZe-SL series)

The protective overlaminate was applied to the whole label at the time of printing. It can wrap around CAT5E and even the thicker CAT6A network cables, providing extra protection for the text on the label.

  • Use 24mm label width for cables with a diameter of 3mm to 6.6mm.
  • Use 36mm label width for cables with a diameter of 3mm to 10.4mm.
FLe Flag Tape

Die-cut Flag Tape (FLe series)

Suitable for cables with small diameter and ideal for fibre optic cable identification in the network industry. The label is pre-cut and once printed, the long "tail" can be placed around the cable and the label can simply folded over the tail to lock the label into position.

  • For cables with a diameter of 2.0mm to 8.0mm.
  • Die-cut Flag Tape (FLe series) is applicable for
    PT-E800T, PT-E850TKW, PT-P900W, and PT-P950NW only.
HSe-Heat-Shrink

Heat Shrink Tube (HSe series)

This non-adhesive marker is made of a special material that is stored in the tape cassette as a flat tube. Once printed, the tube is opened up and passed over a cable or terminating connector. After heating, the tube will shrink to about half its original width, taking the shape of the cable or connector.

  • For identification of cables and terminating connectors.
